A Perfect Space Within

THERE is a space within us which is utterly perfect. It has to be perfect, and contrasts dearly everything else outside of us that fits but does not fit. For all life is most properly suited amongst itself, but to be so lives in compromise. We know happily too, that both perfection and compromise are craved by ourselves.

There is a wisdom you know which is absolute and unshakeable. Just thinking of it draws it near, out from the chambers of your own soul's knowing. Within this stronghold of perfect and correct truth, there lives the light of your being. What a powerfully immaculate being it is, and how the universe attends to its glamor and its glory!

Your wellness has never been contested, for it resides permanently and endures all. Your fight here and now is for the whole of our dear humanity. It is one which brings us all the more closer to living compatibly soul-in-the-imperfect-world. You are immense ... and the tensions felt are in this great reckoning!

Empower with the Sun,
And go to the spaces in night,
And thank God for your greatness,
Dear One!

Dragons Everywhere- 13th November 2000

In all the towns,
In all the times,
I am here.

Of all the towns,
Of all the times,
I am here.

Constantinopal bore a rugged composure - noncommittal to his fellow men, yet ravenously in love with the divine fortitudes.

He was suspicious that he was losing his mind; such was his constant warring and vigilance against himself. Contrarily, he defended every weakness he owned, at the same moment despising this martyr's crusade.

He could not say that he enjoyed much of this world, not much at all, for it inevitably brought him to the dragon-pools, where from yet one more scaly creature would emerge.

Constantinopal was not an unkindly fellow amongst his fellows. He could recognize benevolence, he was well disciplined in charity. A missionary, a visionary, he faced a lonely world that was treacherously holed with dragon pits.

Dragon pits
And dragon lairs,
Dragon pools
And dragon snares!

"I think I feel like cheese this evening" he said to himself one night … and out through a hole slid a miniature dragon, lizard-like, that sat upright on its compressed and bulging thighs, waiting defensively to take a bite at him.

"Everywhere! They are everywhere!"
His anguish heightened commensurate with his unceasing task.

Crusading had never been so tiring as it was, stuck in this modern age of diverse dragonry. Chivalry had begun to get complicated, for hitherto a knight might have had just one very-large-universal-almost-corporate dragon to endure and overcome. But they had propagated and populated those dark damp places humid to incongruity, slumming and cohabiting hungrily around Man.....

Meditation: Grass & Cosmos- 1st November 2000

The grass points skyward,

Spear-like, upright and with true direction -
It pierces the ethers,
Slices the winds and sweetens the air,
With its green perspiration.

The damp earth it leaps from,
Faces the starry mass
Which congregates in holy gatherings,
Vast and beyond the face of this Earth.

Watchful Mother of all,
Hold us here,
Hold us dear ...
As our thoughts pierce the Cosmos,
Reaching heavenward,
Upright and with true direction.

And from this beloved ground,
From our beginnings into the now,
Be there good soil,
Nourishing and firm.

Our Will, Christ's Will & the Holy Spirit- 8th October 2000

Question:
In finding the strength of our own wills, and also the Will of Christ, what are the 'usual' means? Study? Prayer? Meditation? From whence comes the 'will' to even do these things?

I sometimes wonder. I have heard most of my life that "Life is a Gift"....But if this is so, why do we stress and work for it by exertion of our will?

It often seems to me the opposite would be something to be considered...like a complete releasing of 'personal' will and allowing the Higher Will to operate through us as empty vessels...You know, like,

"Not me but Him within me who doeth the works."

So it appears that the only outcome of such a weakened will must eventually be complete dissolution....unless there is divine intervention of some sort, no?

It is a paradox, it seems. But I really don't know what more to write because I fear I have no answers. All I know is that I see this apparent weakness in myself (and in my loved ones) and have prayed ardently for years for us to be free of self destructive tendencies... and all I seem to get in response is "you need a stronger will"....ok…I agree. But where will I get it?...and how?...and when?

(Perhaps these things are none of my business and I simply need to have faith and wait.)

-Br. Ron

THE Holy Spirit is the active Will of Father God in manifestation. All life is compelled and driven by His Will. When we invite His Will we invite Life to us. This 'spiritus fervor', 'spiritus essential' moves through the waters of space, effervescent amongst the awaiting ethers, pertinent yet as an entirely free agent - expelling, rejuvenating, releasing, inspiring, coaxing (with a voracity), impelling and motivating, working its way through the mass, this our Holy Spirit, Will of God.

This Will, this Life behind all Life, is supremely intelligent, for it has the wherewithal to go where it is needed, and also the carefulness so as not to break apart the very life it has imbued, merely by its exuberant presence. There is a knowing about it, a consciousness which enters into all things in which it moves and inhabits - in everything animate in which the Spirit indwells.

We may relax that of our own willing and hold back that of our desires, referring them to Him, and in the process it may appear to our consciousness that this is an 'act' (or enact) of submission or complacency. This giving over to Father God is often equated with a 'giving up' also. But indeed, calling upon the Higher Will immediately invokes a yet much higher activity which within itself has an empowerment to do absolutely anything. This may not coincide with the ego of the individual or of his first and natural desires immediately, but it will in actuality, begin its passage and answer the need. And it does by the very calling, bring Life to all things fading and in cry for much sustenance.

There is the question: why can we not live upon this Life of the Holy Spirit rather than take to ourselves food and even inspiration? Why must there be a collaboration of natures that we may survive in the physical existence?

Overall there is a mystery as to why Man has been given his talents and prospects for great knowing as well, that the creative spirit is within him, one which in later evolution shall prove itself in many marvels of worth and activities of generous charity. The greater Cosmos awaits! There are still surprises that we can offer amongst the manifold beings beyond the gateways of Humanity. We have much to offer and delight the anticipating company with! But the mystery is as to why? Perhaps these are gifts we do not question, but simply cherish and put to use accordingly.

However, part of this giftedness is in that we too have wills which stream forth from our conscious beings - we are deciders, even at the most rudimentary of levels. We have choices and knowings and deliberations which are beyond the dear Angelic hosts and way over the heads of the lesser creatures and entities. We have mind which is coupled with heart, cognitive reasoning which has intuitive resources - and also we have a 'beingness' which defines ourselves in distinction from all else (our egos). This egoic mix, whose process may direct a little will (our own will, as distinct from the greater), a will which also calls to it by definition, much life … comes of Christ.

How often we hear of the will being equated with force and mistaken for a violence! Now how the perspective can change! and you may begin to grasp the gracefulness of this most potent, yet discerning, Maximus Moveus!

Returning to the subject at hand, we find that it is remarkable that beings can keep their life contained. This is a marvel. As you can imagine, if you will, this property of containment must in itself, be considerably honorable - must require a propriety that is both permeable to the comings and goings of the Holy Spirit, whilst also acts as a protective membrane to the very life within. This containment is pert to the life, for which otherwise there would be no foci points or characters to provide the definition of beingness from.

This is a point best remembered, because it has a meditative/therapeutic value to it, just in the knowing. There was something of this intimated in the paper about astral leakages. In the latter there was implied that the portals of one's starry body can be compromised if certain activities were incorporated. By this, we can also find an image of the membrane containment becoming weakened, that the life which carries with it many wonderful properties may be the same life which sores the individual with its potence. So rather than contemplating the dissolving of such containment (which is not recommended of course) we may take time to be appropriately grateful for that which can meet Life with a resistance which is not dissuading, but equal to it - and can thus incorporate, detain, engage and contain it well.

Here is a wonderful primer for spiritual ethnicity! That within our relationships with all other individuals we can strive to meet hearts and minds in like manner in a way which is not dissuading, but equal - that the tension be so perfect between us that it becomes exact, in love.

Correct perspective ennobles and enables. We are equipped within ourselves, within both our containments and our will, when we have developed a clarity of knowing. You see, the knowing and the will are infinitely bound, just as they are with the Father and His Life as it is given to us through His Spirit, revealed through His Christ … and for those who choose annihilation to their minds, egos, consciousness or being, there becomes a deficit - a lifelessness, a lovelessness, an inability to influence further life through exerting their own ways, wants and will. This is only just (fair) within a system which relies upon the creativity and productivity of Life to further itself; and a truth, which when come to becomes verily the elixir to all!

God speed!

Out from the Struggling Chaos …23rd April 2000 Easter

THE only true illusion there is, is that of chaos. Chaos in its first interpretive sense, implied that condition which was of the earliest of beginnings. It did not denote disorder, but rather the preliminary positioning of the dancers before the dance, of that preorganized state in which all of the ingredients are gathering up their movements in preparation of yet further Creation in the combining. This is Chaos.

Amongst this hoary preamble there needs be spirit - most divine and Holy Spirit - required as chief motivating life. Hustling formation out of an otherwise stagnant inanimate pool, there is Holy Spirit. Calling the Holy Spirit forth with purpose as shown through the divine imaginations, there was the Creative God whose muse was that ancient of cartwrights who carried the eternal Phoebe out from and into her land of longings … there was and is our Christ.

Then there came two evils: Young Evil and Old Father Evil. Young Evil had ridden alongside Christ, whereas Old Father Evil lived outside of time. Young Evil's nature bore conceit. He was life interrupted before becoming yet fulfilled into its true promise. His nature was of being unripe. Old Evil always stayed far too long, protesting the new ways and he could not forgive Christ with all of His beginnings and renewals, and futures thus conspired. Old Evil honored self-perpetuation and was thus equally self-conceited, though his nature was that of the rotten.

Unripe and Rotten pitched tent within Christ's brand new world. If there had of been flags to claim the land as their own, they both would have staked each and every continent, for fast spread their dire influence most anyhow, bringing premature death to some, and a living death to those who remained.

The World, in its wisdom, was revolted. Thrice over it made a change of its spinning, freezing tropics and fevering the angel-clad snows … but could not, for all of the calamity it caused, throw off these treacherous two.

The waters began to depart from the world, the heavenly forces becoming compelled to retire. Too many beings were disabled by the now vast corruptions, as Rotten had imported his armies and Unripe put on display his ambidextrous sirens. Half of the world cowered in frightened servitude, whilst the other gave over to an obnoxious frivolity. Either way men committed that which was not theirs to give - their hearts and their deciding being formed and shaped by an invalid's experience or naïveté's knowing.

And yes, in argument for the gifts of these two - there was something to be said for the talents each one bore. However, the intelligence of Rotten was lifeless and unconnecting to its truth; whilst the merriment and beauty of Unripe lacked substance when compared to the real world of Christ.

Further to this men now entertained yet one more being who became increasingly more persuasive within our brand new World: enter Sin. Sin is N.I.S. backwards: "Not in service".

You can picture this, I am sure. Amongst the common orderliness which had reigned within the paradisaical World, all beings had been working in service most naturally amongst one another for Him. There had been no question of this occurring.

The manner in which one did serve another, and serve the World and the Heavens as well, was with an intelligent and loving understanding of their important position in the Cosmos. Joy became of serving because it was that through the action of this giving one could reflect and sense the greater Divine Mind. That by being intrinsic to the working whole, one knew the very operating wisdom of that one being so incorporated. Therefore it was not from compliance but rather the thrill to participate in which men and women served the whole in the tradition of many good beings besides them.

However, through one sin the whole deck must reshuffle … when the ecology is interrupted every cell must make its adjustment, and in this way are we given to incessant reaction in the stead of a proper design.

Do you recall a thought that if someone were to correct a problem, they should go to the source of its beginnings and set it aright back there? It is as this (spiritually speaking):

A beggar has come to my door (Old Moon),
And asks that I give him the time (New Life),
And I offer him bread from the scrape of my shoe (no consideration),
He partakes of my pantry, then runs off with my wife (Mother Earth).

Beggar, oh Beggar, oh beggar you be,
The past that I serve, when it shall not serve me …

The three scavengers, Unripe, Rotten and Sin have followed us over from a past existence which was prior to this World's condition. The patterns of contamination may be the same, but the origins come of a differing nature yet again.

In all things there is a palpable history succinct. Not the least does our World carry within it also the history of former conditions as well, layered like the rings of a tree, encircling the aureole of an innermost central Sun.

Christ resides within this central Sun and His Mind extends out through the many inhabiting realms besides. His passage into Life here within this time, in this World, redressed not only this epoch - or the one before or the one to come - but it also made discovery of the initial trials we have borne.

You see He changed something dearly with His Life and His Death. He brought into this World INDEPENDENCE. He gave this to Man. He changed the entire regime. He let loose the individual, into a freedom never before so realized.

We are free now of the past and its presumptions over us. We are free now of the one card shuffle. No longer are we to be affected by one cell's choosing. If ninety-nine men were to refuse Heaven and Him too, then it is now that the one remaining can still decide in liberty away from his brothers, without the persuasion of the whole, without the consignment to his kind.

We are free of the willing and choosing of other gods. Temples used to pledge their obeisance to parliaments of persuading deity, transacting deals and compromising their brethren. No longer are these relationships so imposing that they are imposing on us.

For those who find Christ, they find also such an independence. For those who are yet to acknowledge Him they may be subject to old ways which still protest His currency. In truth, not one man or one demon, one god or one Heaven rules your deciding. For Christ gave us back to our Father for this keeping. Although we may go through Him for this to be effected, we do not even oblige Him in recognition to be one with the Father as is.

This was His great sacrifice. Though it has provided for the great separation of Mankind, it shall also prove the greatest of unity.

We now may know that flash of illumined mind that perceives the higher reasons for the good things which are of this world. We are not compelled or complied into servitude, we are not even coaxed through the overwhelming joys … but we are capable of seeing Him in His glory for that vision of Love which has kept the Truth remaining.

We can climb skies, float oceans, sway with the currents or fly above. We can polish the face of a mountain or sing with the angels of being. We can lavish the graces in veritable deserts of dismay, we can be patient to wait, obstinate with the truth, yet gracious to learn and quick to share …

"But now I go away to Him who sent Me, and none of you asks Me, 'Where are You going?' But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your heart. Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you. And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

"I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.

"A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me, because I go to the Father."

Then some of His disciples said among themselves, "What is this that He says to us, 'A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me'; and, 'because I go to the Father '?" They said therefore, "What is this that He says, 'A little while '? We do not know what He is saying."

Now Jesus knew that they desired to ask Him, and He said to them, "Are you inquiring among yourselves about what I said, 'A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me'? Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy. A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world. Therefore you now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you.

"And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

"These things I have spoken to you in figurative language; but the time is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figurative language, but I will tell you plainly about the Father. In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I shall pray the Father for you; for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from God. I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father."

His disciples said to Him, "See, now You are speaking plainly, and using no figure of speech! Now we are sure that You know all things, and have no need that anyone should question You. By this we believe that You came forth from God."

Jesus answered them, "Do you now believe? Indeed the hour is coming, yes, has now come, that you will be scattered, each to his own, and will leave Me alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
-John 16:5-33
Christ withdrew Himself and His binding nature that we may be made individual - each one. Salvation now is individually obtained, and every man or woman, boy or girl, a Christ, a Son or Daughter to the Father. Scattered, every man to his own, but also free of the Sin, free from the Past which inflicts itself to the detriment of the futures, and free from the premature haste which assumes maturity before proper time.

Christ’s return comes individually, and He is here for the time of our choosing. He is here!

Special Spatial Stuff- 17th January 2000

(From the Spiritual Science discussion group)
Questions arising from The Pursuit of Knowledge:

With whom, outside of Self, do we share these keys? And from whence, outside of Self, comes 'all knowledge.'
It seems to me that understanding this is crucial.
- Br. Ron

If we did not share like-substance, 'likeness' in part with those things we seek to identify or come to know further, we would not have the ability to come to an elementary perception of their inner or outer realities as they exist independently from us.

These keys extend into kingdoms of great diversity, and uniquely Man (in likeness to Christ) has every key of possibility within his corporate entity ... something which other beings may or may not share at all.

We therefore have the potentiality to empathize with kingdoms that are not of our own realm of experience or existence, but share qualities that are inherent in the both of us. We are of sun substance, we are of light, we are of warmth, we are of Christ; and when our bodies warp and weave in ecstasy because of the Sun's radiance, it is because we are of the same - that which is in us identifies and responds with love and happiness. Often because of this, folk will confuse all reality to exist within them - although they may feel 'keyed up' extraordinarily, it is likeness, not sameness, we share.

Br. Ron -
I recognize my first paragraph above is suggestive of pantheism, and that the possibility of our "oneness" with God is what caused the church to persecute the Gnostics in the first place. (After all, if you can access God directly, who needs the church?)

The Church is there for many reasons, and the needs as experienced and fulfilled may not have anything to do with access to God, but rather God's access to them.

The Brothers wrote:
The ingestion of knowledge is reliant upon a being who is capable of expanding and infilling with the veritable 'stuff' which comprehension is made of.

Br. Ron asks:
Where does this veritable 'stuff' come from? …'out there' someplace?

"Stuff" in this context is a certain space, held 'vacant' but waiting for infillment. You can picture the stuffing inside a bear - it defines his space and stops him from being wrinkly.

Space without substance becomes vacuum and vacuum is evacuative - not fillable.

Comprehension contains its borrowed learnings, but before it can do this there is an element of impressionable 'stuff' awaiting this infillment. The stuff itself - this spatial stuffing - is used everywhere. Prince Lucifer's world is full of it! It is very useful - compliant, inanimate, sterile, non-active, non-magnetic, non-corrosive special spatial stuff.

The phrase 'the stuff of the imagination' or the 'stuff that dreams are made of' explains well this true Maya which is a preliminary to real life. You see, real life needs the spaces to pour into from the adjoining worlds and these spaces are kept vacant (for a time) by this stuff. If they were absolutely vacant they would be vacuous, instead they are held in place by stuff.

On the chart of the elements there is air, fire, water and earth. Cosmically speaking you have air, fire, water and stuff.

Br. Ron -
And where is 'Heaven'?
"Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, 'The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, `Here it is,' or `There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you."

But this is not 'within' in the sense of relative directionality, but as in 'indissolubly united with'.

Yes, the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven - quite so.
- a Brother

A Fresh Look at Health & Illness- 5/6th January 2000

THERE are two causes of sickness and two types of death which we may discern, one which brings the ultimate blessing, healing and life, and that which only answers with cessation.

Pneumonia brings the rains within, where the patient is awash with such fluids as would drown him. As the fevers rise to dispel the cold, as the tremulous changes challenge the life within, they also in their own way, bring blessings. With both congestion and with heat there are effects upon the nature of the individual which exceed the physical condition and all that that implies.

As far as the body is wakefully concerned it has not the consciousness of death or an understanding of the threat of death. It is true that it may be labored under certain conditions - that the pulse will quicken and the astral body may be inflamed in accordance with the infliction - but it does not factor its own dissolution to be had in a permanent fashion. The body cannot and does not concede to cessation, or for that matter, to rest (totally at rest i.e. of the internal organs).

When the individual sleeps there are more life-renewing activities upon his physical body than there are (marginally) when he becomes awake and consciously animated. Although we perceive rest to be inertia because we believe that our body is relaxed into relative inaction, and we have little or no recollection of the time so past, this 'rest' is sublimated with a heavenly acceptance. When we give over to the condition of the stars, they shine within us. Our spirit-self is once more within its most active phase as well - given to its freedoms and its license that it lives patiently through the day for.

Many experiences we have during the wakeful hours are picked over and made much of during the nightly withdrawal. It is not meant to detract from the strength of the experience as we know our life in the world (and thus is not remembered well, at this stage of understanding) however much is reviewed (just as is after death) every night. Alongside this is also the aspect of our 'loosening' ourselves away from the day's dilemmas and a 'striking' of that which is found to be valuable, desirable or enlivening.

If the sleep processes could be fully interpreted there would be also a same insight into the spiritual worlds. Equally so we can study some of the forces which work within an individual during periods of certain illnesses, for these forces too may offer something of a spiritual insight, in that their operation has been called forth from our 'other' consciousness - that one which is effectively awake and away during the night, for of course, consciousness itself does never desist from its wakefulness. From our first beginnings it has been the ever-burning flame eternal, inspiring life around it through every trek it has ventured through. Although permeable and changeable, it does not stop, for to stop would mean that it could be no more.

When we stumble over the step out from our body's containing, leaving the gates of recollection here, we take our consciousness nightly (through the portals of the organs) into many, many spheres. Spirit can be naïve and genuine. We have soul experience, we have 'knowing' which comes from our kind, but we can never become much more during sleep by simply the process of lengthening the distance between ourselves and our physical body. Intrinsically the individual needs very much to be and to become within the world that the ego can rightfully go on to carry through within the spiritual realms. Very few all of a sudden become out of character or far wiser than they appear during their natural earthly life.

Having said that, it is interesting to note that the many influences which are remembered upon waking can be very contrary to the nature and the character and the morality of a man. So what is being said here, is that were you to interview the consciousness which has moved out from itself temporarily you would find no unique disclosure ordinarily, but that the actual remembrances as experienced by the waking individual are not indicative of his true self or even of his experience during the night.

If for example, a man or a woman has experienced a most troubling nightmare of sorts, or some sequence of events which can only be described as a form of lunacy to the waking consciousness, this is because the imagery has been drawn directly from the embodied recollective of resident elemental beings associated around their being. These elemental beings may or may not have been formed directly from the desires and the thoughts of the party who is experiencing the conflicting and disturbing nonsense. They may have attached themselves simply during the course of the sleep - something which is often brought to our attention by the very remembrances we are brought to. If we focus our discernment upon that which is and is not acceptable we can dismiss the elemental being at will, very quickly. They are everywhere and it is not something one should be overly worried about … but to know that we are subtly susceptible during the intermediate times between sleeping and waking and the impressions that are to be had there as well.

It is interesting also here to explain that during our nonsense or harrowing recollections of dream-time, there are often images of ourselves or our deciding, amongst the surreal forms we are given to. This teaches us how also the elemental beings can implicate our consciousness during the day consciousness (the early morning dream experience is part of this day consciousness made obvious) in that there are many images superimposed within our concepts that appear to have us within them, but do not.

There becomes a constant need to review and to reject (where applicable) the assortment of desires and corruptions as they present. This becomes much easier of course for the individual who has a speaking presence maintained within his mindset. Those who are given to narcotics will not be afforded the same discrimination to determine where they are amongst their own thinking, as they are 'asleep on their feet' so to speak, having given over their consciousness to a quasi-representation which flickers between this and t'other.

Now returning to the aspect of illness mentioned to be a blessing: it can be said all of the responses within the physical body which are exaggerated or stimulated because of a disease or a poison, of the body, mind or ego - all of the responses are inspired from the spiritual worlds, rather than the physical. Symptoms are responses to an underlying cause, they are never representative of their own beginning of reference.

You can consider for the point here, that firstly all life begins within the etheric vapors and condenses into its expression within the physical only after the spiritual blueprints have been called into being. This is the same also for our healing responses within our systemic constitution.

The organization which is the physical body works as a collective, a sympathetic, and as an integrated whole. The consciousness can superimpose itself over the body, as similarly as does our God to this Earth, in a relationship which does determine and govern much of its predispositions, drawing together and refining the whole - yet also, quite separate to the individual influences which belong to monadic sources respective to their own.

Therefore in godly fashion, when we sorrow our own physical cooperative sorrows too, and when we pray and receive the higher powers into our imaginations and spiritual heart, our bodies rejoice also their being. They are sensitive and forever qualifying life as we interpret it minute by minute. As often as it occurs that our intentions during our day-consciousness depart the efforts which are incurred during the 'sleeping' period, we may in good faith believe that physical treatments shall pervade and restore a particular physical function, whilst our star-consciousness has determined a persistence of the same and particular symptoms.

So we have an inner conflict arising most commonly where we are naturally in argument with ourselves. The complaints do not in any way feel something of a blessing, particularly when they discomfort the consciousness making their presence apparent. The physical collective would choose only immortality; Lucifer would select and add to this eternal beauty and no suffering. Yet reality has it that we are not in these respects alike to our soulic endurances (which are indeed very beautiful, eternal and without pain or sickness) … we are physically, corruptible.

Remarkably the presence of illness within Man heralds particular powers of given virtue. There are paths we may choose consciously within our daily desires and aspirations that betterment comes to us because of our willing it to be so. There are paths also, persuasions of betterment which our consciousness (that operates during our starry interludes in sleep time) would also seek out and choose for us, knowing how effective these transactions are, working in this way.

There are mysteries to this understanding, for as one can imagine it is far from the whole story just for a man to sink into a sickness and believe himself redeemed. However, plainly, literally and effectively, a man may gather to himself attributes that simply were not actively possible before, through the experience and powers brought to him in the symptoms of sickness, pain and physical corruption.

At this point of the individual's evolutionary awakening we are cautioned in many directions as to what may or may not be fully desirable within a range of karma for any given person and their healing decided by us. You see, healing may restore one to a place from where they began, but it does not, as with sickness, enhance them further. Please remember at this stage of the teaching that the fundamental being of Man is unequivocally most plastic and durable to all Life. We are eternal beings, we are provided for and the troubles which torment the most pitiable within the worldly experience do not last for relatively very long.

Now the argument here is not one of whether or not to work for healing in the world. Compassion and empathy calls upon us to seek out all ways to alleviate suffering. It is at this place now from which we have just come, that we can find some differentiation about this matter to help us in deciding upon the subject.

The miracle of the healings of Christ, was that through His Intervention an individual not only received a respite from his physical aggravation but also was afforded the full power of virtue which he spiritually required. Physical healers there have been before and after Him who could effect their cures but take the soul no further. In point of fact, the results of many 'healings' have been deleterious because the spiritual connection was disturbed and the fellow concerned made paralyzed in that important area. In this way it was correctly said that we die a little death when we take antibiotics also. 'Spiritual' healers can cause such deathly processes as well, because the correspondence between the inflowing forces and the physical condition are no longer allowed to operate as the determining consciousness would have it. There is a predetermining and an interruption to what would have invoked much virtuous benefit.

However, when Christ confronted the sufferer, the sin and the disease, He came with a choice which was accepted by the day-consciousness of the man for betterment, which his star-consciousness would have enforced upon him. When the choice was brought into the day-consciousness and that day-consciousness embraced the goodness with clarity, that decisiveness in the being of that individual transformed the physical, restoring it accordingly, releasing also the starry-consciousness of its imposing and infill.

The Resurrected Body brought about a likeness which was unlike the previous likeness, didn't it? When Christ Himself had drawn the powers into His Physical Form during the Crucifixion, He did so in a way which affected the process to follow in Man further on. He took the day-consciousness of Man through to death, and brought the star-consciousness into his egoic reckoning. Bringing two realms together, the physical existence was to be blended through the divine insights of Man, that in his conscious abilities he could retain a power which he hitherto had not had within the spiritual worlds before.

This mystery has not been seen or realized in Man as yet. We are at the very beginnings of this transformation which is given to us in possibility, that we may negotiate two worlds with the powers enabled from both. For those who are the 'runners' for Humanity certain talents in this regard have been won, and yet the true transaction as is possible through Christ has not occurred at this time.

When He was seen in His resurrected Glory, the body which became visible (to many) actually resembled in truth that of their own form spiritually. It shall not be said that the form 'mirrored' that of the individual for a mirror is something of the reverse (in this world). It was that this form was the form that they knew within their star-consciousness. Although a woman may well have perceived a man, what is meant here is that the impression given to the new form of Christ was first and foremostly impressioned by the soul who stood before Him. This is another secret which suggests to us that the physical body is not as it appears and can be remarkably different.

At first the Christ when received was always unrecognized [John 20:14-15]… this of course may be understandable. But what was outstandingly remarkable was that His body shared substance with others, that when the day-night consciousness has become transcended into the one body, the physical properties become respecters to the desire and will of the one God within.

Christ's Will was to provoke the men into examining themselves consciously through Him and to find the possibility of this, however the nature of the physical world and its propensity is to corrupt over time. The willing of the spiritual star-consciousness in its call to the higher powers was given to remain prevailing during this period of physical uncertainty and corruption:

Truly, truly, I say to you, When you were young, you gird yourself, and walked where you would: but when you shall be old, you shall stretch forth your hands, and another shall gird you, and carry you where you would not.
-John 21:18 [American KJV]

This 'other' still calls within us dividedly, yet with the difference now being that Christ Himself has proved the glory of Death and will eventually assist the two in conjoining concurrently in Man.

To 'feed' within the world is to honor the world. We give to Life and all that it requires and the spiritual worlds will reward us. If there is to be a healing, we pray that Christ's presence be there for us at that time, so that the powers may still enter into us with a wholesome constancy and the spiritual consciousness may converse within us freely.

Working Around It- 31st December 1999

THE second part to the philosopher's story of the elephant (if you remember my dears, it is the one where each man has a differing perspective from his brother about his view of the very same elephant) is about what the philosophers actually did with their elephant-in-residence once it had settled in to stay.

This question was more perplexing than the first, until they had all arrived at the resignation of:
"Well, I guess we'll just have to work around it."

Sometimes, in some conditions, that really does become the only answer to a problem of something so hugely immovable and difficult to manage, one that we sorely wished did not present itself to us, but remains with us nonetheless. We simply have to work around it. Planetarily the Moon itself is such an object… and, for that matter, so is Mars!

When the one hundred and forty four thousand battalions of daemon war-carriers flew in on the skirts of the one hundred and forty-four thousand Bodhisattvas, who assemble as we speak … what was it that was said?

"We'll just have to work around it."

  • When the cure itself invites yet another medusa-head of the same disease;
  • when the elements love us with a such a virulence that it becomes a violence;
  • when the most splendid of miracles have just occurred but unfortunately pass unperceived;
  • when difficulties seem to relent only to yet greater encumbrances - even though Grace is with us, silently present, at all the awkward times…
  • When dictators dream and zealously "believe in themselves";
  • when men seized with mind-fatigue refire their insanities with the same self-belief;
  • when humility is pushed aside to make way for the author that so inspired that dictator and that madman …
  • Then, when good men get waylaid into topsy-turvy dilemmas of self-doubt;
  • when the young are children no longer, and the babes become old at the breast;
  • when 'hospitality' becomes synonymous with services paid for and received, and 'charity' is perceived as that which is only tax-deductible;
  • when kindness is mistaken for weakness;
  • when harshness is considered a strength …
  • When Beezlebub farts and the whole world is shadowed in yet one more gloomy episode…

WELL! I GUESS WE'LL JUST HAVE TO WORK AROUND THAT ONE!

Presently many are sensing the difficulties which may or may not come to pass ever. But they live on in our thoughts, in our fears and in possibility. They are therefore with some substance, even though not manifest.

Regardless of their eventuation they are there to be experienced as tensions which threaten and provoke disturbingly. It is very much as though the entire emphasis of being has now shifted into an uncertainty, a cankerous uncertainty, which freezes the will and retards the reasoning.

Existence is so precious to us because we know that all existence is truly love manifest. Father God is most active and present through the Creation as made apparent through His Son. The Joy of Christ and His Vision is also known to each of us most clearly throughout all life as it is experienced by us, here in this World, in this moment.

There is not one true pleasure that He is not a part of. A collaboration with Life is a union with Him and with that happiness. The Heavenly Community, according to His Way, is exuberant with Goodwill. Men are loved and cherished – as are all creatures, all beings, all Life. The bounty of such joy and happiness is there for them.

Although we may submit graciously to suffering, it is neither the plan nor the desire of the Heavens that we should be so anguished or forlorn. Not for the sake of a 'lesson' or a pledge, not on behalf of justice, should we become pitiable or poor, lonely or diseased, heartbroken, hapless and destitute, depressed, deprecating or desisting from Life.

There is but one issue and one alone, and that is of severance from Him. The further away we become from our Father God the less life we may know. And for this He is pained when we are inwardly distant - distrustful of our Creator and disobedient to our Father's Love.

Mortality within the physical world is a fact. The exchanging of particles is the formula to life as it is understood within this sphere. We watch new life flood in greedily, spilling into those spaces which have just desisted from them but a former being. This is not true to Cosmic interaction, however within this world everything in Nature necessarily pushes with an eagerness into being and then falls apart, dissipating largely because the greater forces are compelling their presence elsewhere.

Here we are represented only partially and temporarily at present - and we know this. We sense the mutability around us, even though all appears most naturally inert. And we sense the limit to the time we shall have and it is difficult to find equanimity here because the life that we know brings us so much holiness and spiritual joy. Yet every good thing that we savor here in this World shall be known to us further too. There is not one joy that He would take from us, not one.

When we are gripped with that excitement within that says there is yet so much to do and to become, that too does travel with us and seeds many future events. Anticipation is magical - not only is it provocative, but also works as a creative covenant with Father God. Our desires are honored always, providing they are in accordance with the path of Life and not of the path of Death.

This precious time is importantly, one for great hoping, and many more desires, for good visions that will have a holy and prosperous outcome, for eager imaginations, courageous inspirations, for an admiration of Creation and the marvels it comprises.

In consequence to the philosophers having to work around their beloved elephant, they did in turn, each get to enjoy many views of the afore argued creature. So there was a double benefit to their application, even though they had quite forgotten their original insults to one other, when first contesting his appearance. The problem of him being there had surpassed the problem of how he presented and who was correct in their description of him. Elephants can be dangerous. They can be bad tempered when angered or confused, or plainly cumbersome and risky to be around. This too needed to be managed quite thoughtfully, with constant care and ongoing appraisal.

Beloved Christ,
Be here with us
On the eve of the end
Of this Piscean period.

May we look to the starry gateways within,
And find your compassionate wisdoms,
Which will bring forth from the World,
The Humanity first bestowed,
The Kingdom of being,
And the Kindred of Angelic Comprise.

Let each man and woman
Sense their own divinity,
And that of all others,
With passion, love and creativity,
That resonates so jubilantly,
Amongst the greater Life,
Now present and forever to be with us,
Amen
