Up on the Bridge- May 26th, 2026

The caul at the water’s edge is more or less alike to a bridge for the soul who is placed upon and waiting, just before their leap into life.

Worldly incarnation sports spurious arrangements … “meet me at the bridge” one soul makes promise to another looking out at the vista of consequence and habitat.

The life which is yet to be can only perceive key glimpses of the prelude - the details which fill the ledger become exquisitely timed - nuanced and satisfied - the gentle moments within the perpetual calendar.

Life lives and expands within these subtle spaces.

The holy breath seeks a quiet appreciation: the pause, bespoke to the moments before and after.

And what of consciousness? Is it a tedium or donkey-wise to the mundane? Or, collectively skilled with a magnetic pull to ideas that are grand and large, cosmically, economically, and delicately profound? A loadstone of complexity, with an eager soul who delights with each uprising of curiosity, and although fathoms but a fraction, sits upon a bridge that is knowing.
